GROUPS & COUNSELING
Heartside Ministry offers long and short-term counseling services, for persons living in the Heartside neighborhood. All services are free of charge—recipients are, therefore, not required to have any health insurance (private, federal or state). Counselors are all qualified according to state, federal and professional regulations; and come to the ministry from various area service providers.
In addition to one-on-one therapy, the ministry hosts several empowerment groups—Women's and Men's Empowerment as well as Narcotics and Alcoholics Anonymous. The groups are peer driven and focus on developing coping & relationship skills and providing a safe, empowering & confidential venue for self-expression.
If you are interested in learning more about therapeutic services offered at Heartside Ministry or making an appointment, please contact the ministry during regular operating hours.
